In practical applications, PTFE filter membranes are used in water treatment equipment such as household and industrial water purifiers to remove impurities and improve drinking water quality. In medical fields, they serve as crucial components in sterile filtration systems, effectively removing bacteria and viruses to ensure the safety of injections and infusions. In the chemical industry, they are used for the filtration of various organic solvents and reagents, preventing contamination during chemical reactions and improving product purity.
